We have one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans. One-bedrooms start at 680 sq. ft. (1 bed/1 bath), two-bedrooms range from 816 sq. ft. (2 bed/1 bath) to 910 sq. ft. (2 bed/2 bath), and three-bedrooms range from 1,153 sq. ft. to 1,400 sq. ft., with 1,400 sq. ft. being our largest unit (3 bed/2 bath). Yes — Riverbend Village is a designated smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or in common areas. This is something many residents feel strongly about, and it's a deliberate policy that helps keep the community's air quality and shared spaces clean. The Strip is just 2–3 miles west — a 7-to-10-minute drive. You can get to work, entertainment, or dining on the Strip quickly without actually living in the middle of it. Harry Reid International Airport is about 3.7 miles away, which is genuinely convenient if you travel frequently. Spencer Street is a quiet residential corridor that runs parallel to the action, not through it.

Riverbend Village offers both classic and renovated (updated) units. Renovated apartments feature upgraded finishes, and select units include fireplaces, private balconies or patios, and walk-in closets. If a renovated unit is important to you, mention it when you contact the leasing team — availability changes, and it's worth asking specifically.
