Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment home. To help maintain a clean and healthy living environment for all residents, smoking is only allowed at least 20 feet away from the building and apartment units and must take place in permitted outdoor areas, if applicable.
We accept your furry family members. Dogs and cats, up to two pets per household, are welcome. The dog's weight limit is 35 pounds at full-grown size. $250 pet fee per pet and $25 per month pet rent per pet.
